    Hi Rohit

    Basically follow the instructions here: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS9H2Y_10.0/com.ibm.dp.doc/virtual_forlinux.html

    Ensure you have your network interfaces attached to your EC2 instance prior to installing. 
    The network settings (static routes etc. ) is inherited from linux: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS9H2Y_10.0/com.ibm.dp.doc/virtual_networking_setdns_linux.html

    Hope that helps. I've done it a few times and really straight forwards.
