I believe you can by unchecking this box.

In some of our connectors (D/L Classic), I had to uncheck the validation option, as the load was failing. It seems to be due to a mismatch in the columns. I need to double-check.

In any case, the Validation option is not related to the prevent check-in as requested by @Chennappa Muddammagari. I believe the option is not available in Classic.​​

In Datalink Classic the option to check-in or not is located on the connector group i.e. you will have to add connectors to a group and run the group instead of running connectors individually.  
Alternatively you can lock stage on the destination project which will stop any check-in by Datalink.  After running the connectors you can then delete the tables in the DL workspace in TBM Studio and re-enable check-ins.

@Chennappa Muddammagari   The ITP - Cost Transparency Integration will always attempt to check-in when published from ITP.  If you don't want to check-in, and keep tables only in the DL workspace, you should lock stage on the destination project.
Alternatively you can manually export from ITP and import to your own or the DL workspace in order to review files before check-in or before publishing in ITP.
