When trying to create a connection to Planning Analytics I get an error when testing the settings

XQE-GEN-0002 An unexpected exception occurred:
java.net.URISyntaxException: Expected closing bracket for IPv6 address at index 15: https://[https://planning.<<abc>>>.is/]:9514/api/v1/Cubes/$count

Assuming your planning instance is running on the build in ssl certificate, did you import the ibmtm1.arm into Cognos Analytics?
