As I mentioned, issue is with Chrome. When I use Edge, it doesn't cause same problem. We reported to IBM and there are many such issues accepted as not working in Chrome. I am using CA 11.1.3 for now.

It's strange since some functionality works faster in Chrome but other doesn't work at all and have to switch browsers to do work.
Due to slowness of loading CA in Edge/IE, Chrome related such issues should be resolved soon. Other examples:-
- Event Studio not working
- Exploration Assistant not working

There are quite a few things if you search that do not work at all for Chrome, like most legacy studios. Hope that helps somewhat.
