    Hi~
    In the "Data Insight" Web Report, Chinese characters (DBCS double-byte characters), are displayed correctly. However, when using the "Save PDF" function or scheduling a PDF conversion, all Chinese characters (DBCS double-byte characters) in the resulting PDF document appear as blank spaces. 

    Since I have multiple Chinese content , like "Metadata entries" 、"Device Description" "Event Policy Name" with Chinese content on the NMS(vPAS) &  , how can I ensure Data Insight can show  "Chinese characters" correctly in the PDF?

    My NMS is v6.7.3 , Data Insight is v6.7.7.
