Hello all,

with DMC I'm monitoring a database. Database has connection profile (I see it as active), database selected also in monitoring profile (monitoring user has all of the necessary privilege), in monitoring profile the persistance is set to 7 days, repository database is configured and connection to it is successfull.
All what came to my mind is set properly and no abvious issue found. However, when I check the IBMCONSOLE.DBSTATUS table (I suppose this is the repository table to load data about database status), I can't see any data being filled to the mentioned table.

Can you please let me know what else to check, or what might be the issue in this case?

Any suggestion is more than welcome.

This is Ke from DMC team. I'd like to know more information about the problem you met.

Do you have other dbs being monitored in the same monitor profile and have the same problem? Is the database active in the Home page? If you go to the summary page of the database, can you see collected data being displayed there?

Hello and thanks for the suggestion.
Yes in all cases: also other databases are in the profile - none of them provides data in the repository table. And yes in the home page I can see the database active.
Unfortunately I can't check the summary page, as we had to go back to DSM as the monitorinbg via DMC didn't worked

Hi Juraj,

I'm sorry that we were not able to help you. But we're willing to find the cause and resolve it. 

Were the connections migrated from DSM or newly added in DMC? What are the versions of those database?
