Dashboard List - Scroll Behaviour not correct

    I am using a list vis on a dashboard. However when users try to scroll on the list is jutters and remains at the top of the list, in some cases does not scroll at all unless you click and drag the scroll bar.

    Is this a bug?

    I have included a video of it happening.
