I don't understand why, sometimes the dashboard loose the DTD defined. 
Today I set and reset ten times the DTD and I don't undestand why!

Strange, I never faced that issue in our environment.
Did you set up the drill-through to be used just with one widget, widgets with the same connection or all widgets with the same datasource in the dashboard?

I cannot reproduce this error here. Works as designed without any glitch.

Have you tried clearing the browser cache and temporary files to make sure that the browser is not caching an outdated dashboard specification? Can you open another dashboard or a new dashboard and try again there to see if the problem is with the dashboard itself or with the entire environment?

If the error still persists I recommend to contact IBM support.

Dostal, a question if I can. 
When I define a DTD on a dashboard, if I call the explore function from a widget, I expect that DTD still function because I can't change it.

Hi,

if you use the explore function you're actually exiting the dashboard and enter the exploration tool. I'm not familiar with explorations, but I assume that drills are not supported there. It's atotal other application within Cognos analytics made to explorer your data - no drills needed.
