  • 1.  Dashboard Best Practices

    Lately we have noticed some dashboard gauges not rendering(spinning for a long time) or filters not populating with "Filter value can't be loaded".

    Some dashboard tabs have 8 - 12 gauges.

    Are there any best practices to avoid these type of issues?

    We have had the same kind of problems. Restarting Cognos did not help. Restarting the Windows machines Cognos is running on, solved our problems.
