    Hi People
    Hope you all are healty and safe

    I customized the alert-config.xml file and added a new email template for a customer, i set that template in the rule response but when the rules fires i see the alert email with the default template.
    does someone have some idea why is this happening?

    After customize the alert-config file i ran the runCustAlertValidator.sh scrip and did the full deploy in the console.

    Hope that someone can help me

    Hi Johan,

    Did you managed to get it up and running?
    I have the same problem actually. I edit the alert-config.xml but no change. Even slaughtered it, still no change.
