we don't use videos but we created an online documentation using a Wiki that we link to in several places in our application.
We added an icon to the top menu (for normal users the standard help icon is hidden, only our custom help is accessible) ) and also added links to our custom start page:
We also added an item to the context menu of a report, that also links to our wiki (specifically to the place where a screenshot of the report can be seen):

However does anybody have good ideas for incorporating system specific help? I want to include some help information which is specific to the system being developed to complement the help already available in Cognos Analytics. For example, this might include contact information or guidance on data in specific reports. Any experience on how best to achieve this please?
