    What are trying to achieve? Please describe in detail.

    I am trying to create WS Consumer to create connector to another apps WS, when i try to create using a WSDL file that they gave me, it gave me connection timeout why? isn’t it usually when we use file we don’t need any connection?

    I tried to used an URL to generate the WS consumer i’m getting the same result, but when i telnet and i try to do cURL using ssh on the IS server it can connect to the WSDL URL.

    any idea of what happening why i always getting timeout connect but it’s actually the server is connected to if i checked with telnet and cURL?
