Creating Associated Contracts

    Hi,

     

    It is my understanding (please correct me if I'm mistaken) that beginning somewhere around release 7.5 a chance was made that only allowed an associated contract to be created directly from the master contract itself.  Previously, Maximo would let you create a contract then then link it back to the contract.

     

    What was the driver and rationale behind this change?
