Hi,
Automatic user setup/create  - one of the clients requests to perform an automatic process of setting and create  up users in the system (all from the same department with the same privileges),  from the moment you receive approval to set up the user in the Service Now some WS will be activated. in Maximo  username will be set automatically. Of course the system is connected to an AD, and all the settings come from there, still need to create and setup the  "person"   in the system, I would love to know if you have an idea on the how to do it.

Good morning,

There are potentially multiple ways you could handle this based on your needs:

1. If ServiceNow is already integrated with AD, and you can enable LDAP for Maximo the user/person could be created in Maximo simply by adding them to a group in AD.
2. ServiceNow could likely be configured to reach out to Maximo directly once the entitlements are approved. This does require a bit of a technical effort (on both sides), particularly if ServiceNow doesn't already have support for Maximo.
