Hello there,

I want to create a role in MWS so that users that are members can see just some custom processes in the process instances region.
I tried to create a role and add roles into the Data Level Security and then I checked the value in the checkbox Enable Data Level Security (from the package wmMonitor). The thing is that if I check this it will be applied to all users, not just the ones members in the role which I created.
Is there any workaround to do this without enabling that option in wmMonitor?

Hi Avram,

Data Level Security needs to be enabled in the WmMonitor configuration.

Remember to grant the My webMethods Administrators Role “Access to all Processes”.

Your custom role should only reference the processes you want to be visible to the specific users.
