Has anyone tried to create custom users in mywebmethods.
I have gone through the mywebmethods server guide and created the users for business monitoring.

1. Creates a group
2. Added the group in Admin Role and Business Process- Instances role
3. Created user and added it in group
4. Created same user in IS with same password and assigned Administrator, MonitorUser and MonitorAdministrator ACL to that user

However when I login using that user in mywebmethods it does not show the process intances. When I login via “Administrator” it shows the process instances.

Let me know if anyone has encoutered this issue.

Hi Sumeet,

While defining the Role in Data Level security add Process models to the role then you can see the process instances after login through new user.
