Hello,

I need to create a scatter/point chart that shows cost over time with a few different categories. My issue is that I need to also have a trend line present for each of those categories. I've seen the ability to add a linear line for the scatter plot charts, but then the issue is how do I use a scatter plot when my x-axis isn't a measure?

Chart Details:
X-Axis = Year
Y-Axis = Cost
Series = Location Type

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Problem solved.

Tools > Options > Advanced to make sure Legacy Reports are off. Should allow you to add trendlines now.
