    hi everyone,

    I have a problem when installing CP4I, the status is stuck at "The ZenService status is [Running reconciliation]." and then the following information appears "Waiting for Zen to install. This can take up to 30 minutes, please wait. The ZenService object in the [02-cp4if] namespace is being fulfilled. The ZenService status is [All items completed Time out of waiting for auth-pdp, auth-pap, oidcclient-watcher deployment in ibm-common-services namespace to be ready at 2023-07-07_16:21:24. unknown playbook failure]."

    how to resolve it ?

    Following are the additional details of the environment that I use :

    Cloud Pak Name and Version # CP4I : 2023.2.1

    OpenShift Cluster Version # OCP 4.12.21

    Common Services Platform # ibm-common-service-operator.v3.23.4, IBM Cloud Pak foundational services    3.23.4

    ClusterID # 41a9eb3d-572b-464b-b5bc-82342379f102

    Architecture # x86_64

    Platform # VMware
