Thank you for the response. We have upgraded from Mobile 8.10 to version 9 with ifix 011. We are facing this issue after the upgrade and for mobile 8.10 it worked fine.
Raised IBM PMR and the team confirmed that they are able to reproduce the issue.
Please let us know in case you figured out any workaround for this issue on Mobile 8.10 version.

Are you still encountering this issue? What ifix are you in? I have seen the same on 8.10 and 8.11. But after upgrade to MM9 iFix 11 this has not happened.

We are facing an issue with the Inspections App in Mobile version 9 which is different from Mobile 8.10 version.
We have upgraded from Mobile 8.10 t0 Mobile 9.
Issue is with the count label data being displayed on forms while executing an inspection.
once a form is opened , the count label displays the answered question count as per the loaded form.
But while moving to the next form, it still retains the count label information from previous record until the new inspection is loaded fully.
This was not the case with inspections app in mobile version 8.10.
