When ever I am doing PO, the conversion is going into negative.

    2. How to schedule shift wise check list in Maximo. Should be notified to Shift owner either as work order or inspection. is there any way without escalation.

    3. Bin and Lot's are inter linked to each other. for the new lot items also, on selecting Bin Lot is overriding with the past date expiry date.

    4. Implementing Maximo for Production Process, Any suggestions please.

I have tried all the normal ways I know, the conversion factor copies always correctly.  Any chance of some screenshots.

    Hi Sir,

    Thank you for quick response.

Conversion factor is working fine as designed, but getting the issue when the conversion factor is 1 Box = 34560 Each. I am defining Order Unit as Each and Issue Unit as Box. Screen shot has been attached.

This is my scenario, Suggest me please if I am wrong.

    Thanks in advance.

Based on your screen shot Your PO has Order Unit Each, but your conversion is Box to Each. The Box to Each assumes you are ordering a box and issuing out by each and there are 34,560 items in a box. You either need to create a different UoM or correct the PO. If the PO is correct I wuld recommend using an issue UoM of Each as well and then use the Kit functionalaity to build a box. You would be assuming you have 34,560 on hand for each item you receive otherwise.

I have no idea what is being asked.  What is a schedule shift wise or *wide check list.  Purpose and an example please.

    Sir,

My Organization has 3 shifts, A Shift, B Shift and C Shift in a day. We have a check list which should be done on each shift.

A Shift started, then the respective asset owner should perform the defined check list. similar way

B Shift started, then the respective asset owner should perform the defined check list.

C Shift started, then the respective asset owner should perform the defined check list.

How could I proceed the scenario in Maximo. Check list can be maintained in Job Plan. and this should be notified to the Asset owner as they logged into Maximo on their Shift.

    Thank you in advance,

    Bhupal M

One way to do this is to create a Classification with Attributes that have to be filled out, attach this classification to a Job Plan or directly to a work order. The question around this is if you need to carry the list from shift to shift you will also have to carry the work order. If you have a separate list for each shift then set to have a work order generated for each shift. You may need more than one classification depending on your requirements.

I'm not sure what you mean.  Screenshot please.  If I order a lotted item, then when I receive it into a bin that already as a previous lot, then a new lot number with be issue.  Can you describe your process.
