I don't use discovery and i sitll get this error. It normally one of the steps in Actions is broken.
Does it resolve if you remove conversational search?
But definitely use the debug mode to get the full error message , i give a screengarb of where thatm options is in the preview chatbox.

Thanks for your reply.
I have just tried creating a whole new instance of watson assistant, and the only thing I changed out of the box was turning conversational search on, and still got this issue.
I think therefore there may be something wrong with the discovery instance we are using for the conversational search, but I even tried setting up a new one of those as well.
The chat works fine in terms of actions and everything else, it's only conversational search causing the issue.
Thanks, Will

That's the generic "things are broken" error.
If you use the preview tab in W.A then you can get a debug mode in the chat box. That should give you the full error stack.
Does the chat still work ? I used to get this error but the chat box still worked !
Double check / recreate API keys is usually my first step.

Ever since the IBM Cloud login issues, I am unable to get our conversational search to trigger in watson.
When I try to trigger it I am getting the error "An error occured processing the stream. Please try again."
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
Thanks, Will
