Can I set it up so I can run an or in the context filter with members from different hierarchy? Please note I am working with a client-facing portal so a lot of advanced options are limited. I want it to show claimants that have a claim in the disease > Cancer or have a claim in the Major Diagnostic Category Burns using the context filter.
Thanks for the help,

Are the two hierarchies from the same dimension or different dimensions?

I believe so (little unclear on what dimension means- new at this and self taught on a client portal version ) They are from different hierarchies as I cannot drop them into the context filter at the same time which is one way of making the context filter do an "or filter" I do not get an error message if I drop both in the context filter at the different times but only a "and" filter is formed and I want to switch it to and.
