  • 1.  Contentmanagement.pl script on upgrade stucked

    We are upgrading Qradar console to 7.4.3 FP2. The upgrade process continue since 16 hour. We have distributed deployment. The upgrade process stuck on exporting content

    [WARN](patchmode) 2021-09-03 23:07:11,395 - DEBUG - CustomPropertiesScript - Exporting searches...

    Do you have any idea what is the reason of this stucking?

    After 21 hours execution script end with success. Upgrade process continue.

    Support team said that they know there is a problem on contentManagement.pl script while upgrading.. But did not give any clue or explanation on what is the reason of the problem. I think an APAR will be publish soon. After waiting 21 hours the script pass and upgrde continue and end without an error.


    I can suggestthat before upgrade run the contentmanagement.pl script manually and measure the time. That many time can wait to end script while upgrading.


    We upgrade from 7.3.3 FP4 to 7.4.3 FP2
