Hello!
I'm trying to run Conditions Detail report. I select the filters that I need,  I run the report, very quick the report is ready, I download the file, but is empty!

From my experience a report like this runs for at least 10 minutes. 
There is someone else experiencing the same problems?

@Andreea Stan This looks to be a specific issue with your report. It would be difficult to troubleshoot the issue through the community. I would suggest logging a support case here ​


Few things to try:

1. Try different prompt values

2. Disable filters to see if you can isolate what set of filters are causing the issue.

3. Check the backend DB to see if a data load did not complete.

I agree with Denny Narezny, also please delete the conditional variable and try to run the report and see if it is returning data, if yes then fix the variable logic.

It was a technical problem that lasted almost two weeks. The problem was identified after a week, and yesterday the report was available.
