    If you are on a QRadar 7.4 version you can use this article to diagnose your apps. You need an admin with root access to the console to use this procedure.

    This sounds like an issue where the application framework is experiencing a problem. When multiple apps experience an issue, it might be that a framework service is experiencing an issue. See this for initial service status troubleshooting https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6190995 or open a support case if you are on the full Enterprise version of QRadar.

    You can also find some related troubleshooting on QRadar Applications 101. If all apps are impacted it is either a framework service issue or a cert issue in my opinion.
