    It has been suggested to me that the entire ITX 10 installation can be copied out of the Docker into the base Linux box, and still be able to compile maps.

    I used the appropriate tar commands (to preserve symbolic links) and did exactly that, and I can confirm it works.  Obviously not a supported configuration, but quite cool nonetheless.

    No, this is only available in ITX 10.0.0.0 and later.

    In theory, it should be possible to extract the installation out of the Docker, and just have it in a standard Linux installation, yes?

    Hi Paul,

    we need to set up a build process on Linux.
    Development and runtime environment is on Windows.
    Are the ITX Build Tools (mcompile, sdeploy etc.) from the Design Studio also available for Linux? Is there a solution for this?

    We are using ITX 10.1.1.
