  • 1.  Comparing attributes in different documents

    Posted 03/26/21 08:04 AM

    Hello

We have answers from supplier at different stages of project:

    • stage 1
    • stage 2.

They have their answers in attribute, say "Response" in both documents.

Documents have the same objects with the same Object Identifiers.

It is quite simple to compare, if the answers are the same or not. But is there a way to locate the differencies (cf. baseline comparison)?

I don't know if it is allowed to place ads here, but you might want to look at the "Branch Manager for DOORS" at it-qbase.eu. Comparing modules from different sources is one of it's use cases.

    Hi Kyösti,

If the answers are in same module with different baselines you can easily compare these and see the outcome in redline mark up. If this is the case you can search the net for "Smart Baseline Comparison" by Tony Goodman
