Cognos upgrade - login page errors

    Hi,

    I have recently upgraded Cognos 11.0.7 on one of our servers to Cognos 11.0.7 Interim Fix 2. After that I cannot login - the login page says:

    AAA-AUT-0013 The user is already authenticated in all available namespaces

    I have done the following:

    • Ensured that in Cognos Configuration, the Gateway URI is configured the server name instead of the localhost
    • Cognos Application Firewall (CAF) should is set to True
    • Bluepages namespace works correctly
    • Namespace "Selectable for authentication?" property is set to True

    Hi,

    I guess, you meant upgrade from Cognos Analytics 11.0.7 to Cognos 11.1.7 IF2 ?

    Try to regenerate the cryptographic keys :

    And ensure that all the machines names are in fully qualified domain names (FQDN) and all in lower case : https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSEP7J_11.1.0/com.ibm.swg.ba.cognos.inst_cr_winux.doc/t_ig_verifysettings.html
