We need to capture Report SQL Queries ( with prompt values) in Audit table, Could you please let me know how to implement

In order to capture the SQL queries - you can go into the Admin console and modify the Logging settings for the dispatcher.  You will want to enable the "native query" option for both batch and report services. You will also need to change the logging setting from minimal/basic to request for both the batch and report services.  However, please be aware by changing that to request, it could have an impact on the overall performance of your cognos environment.

If you are dealing with DQM packages, I believe you will want to play around with the "enable query planning trace" checkbox.  I do not think that the queries associated to DQM get populated into the audit tables though (I have not tried this to know for sure).

As for the parameters - - set RSVP.PARAMETERS.LOG to TRUE under both the report and batch report service advanced settings within the dispatcher and those values should be collected in the COGIPF_Parameters table..
