    You can certainly do it with a bit of effort!  You can access IBM QRadar SIEM results with Cognos by utilizing the QRadar APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to extract/query data from the SIEM platform.  Specifically, IBM provides a REST API that allows you to interact with QRadar SEIM.  You'll have access to security offenses, events and other structured data via the API.
