    Hi there, 
    I hope you are all doing well,
    I'm on Cognos Analytics 11.2 and I viewed too many videos and guides to customize charts (change charts fonts and colors, etc.) 
    but on the other hand I didn't find it possible to do that customization 

    as an example I found this customization to the cross tab:

    Customizing header fill color and cell border color 
    while I don't have except Summary fill color: 

    also can I add fonts to the dashboard?

    What should I do or what could be the problem

    Hi Ahmed,

    did you download and install the corresponding extension?
    https://community.ibm.com/accelerators/catalog/content/Additional-properties-for-more-visualization-styling-options-on-dashboards-(11.2.0-and-above)

    IBM delivers a lot of features with extensions now. I advise to have a look at the accelerator catalog once a month.

    Thank you so much Robert,
    I'm new to Cognos so I didn't know that catalog but I'll follow your advice.

    I have another question please if you can help,
    I added new font to the Cognos Configuration but it only appear on reports pages not dashboards ones,
    do you know how to make it appears on the dashboard page?

    Hi Ahmed,

    I never imported any additional font into the Cognos system. I know that they should be integrated with the procedure you've described but I wouldn't be surprised if fonts of Reporting and Dashboarding are in different configuration locations.
    Maybe custom fonts for Dashboarding have to be imported as extension also… maybe another Cognos professional can chime in here
