Cognos Analytics on Demand - Default Folders

    How does one Move or Delete or Hide or anything the default folders that come with Cognos Analytics on Demand.  I am talking the Weather Company, Samples, Getting Started, etc.  I want to move them to a "Startup" folder or something so other do not see it.  I cannot even change permissions.  Example, we have no need for the Weather Company.  How do I delete it?  Thanks in advance.
