    Hello,

    I have my own paid subscription to the most current cloud version of Cognos Analytics.  

    I focus on creating dashboards, etc.  However I need to show examples of my work in creating reports to a project client early this next week and thought I would draft some examples.

    Does anyone know if there is a reason my personal cloud subscription option would NOT include creating a report?

    I am not seeing "Report" when I click the " + New" option.  
    I only have these options when I click "+ New"; Upload Files, Data Module, Exploration, Dashboard, and Story.

    I also cannot run/view any of the sample reports.

    I have tried in both Chrome and in Firefox.

    I have emailed support, but thought someone here might know something about this.

    Hey JRM,

    seems that you have a "Plus" license, which includes dashboards and explorations. For creating reports, you should upgrade your license to "Premium" - this gives you the ability to create pixel perfect reports.

    Thank you so much for the reply Marko!  I googled quite awhile last night [but not until 3:18 a.m. lol] and eventually figured out it was due to my subscription.  I emailed IBM about upgrading my subscription, which they are working on now.  Really appreciate your help and fast response!
