  • 1.  Cognos 11.0.12 DB2 Support

    Hi,

    We are currently running Cognos 11.0.12 with DB2 10.5. Infrastructure team plan to upgrade DB2 to version 11.5.
    Is there any compatibility issue or DB2 version 11.5 is compatible with Cognos 11.0.12?

    You can check the supported environments website https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-cognos-analytics-1100-supported-software-environments
    Since DB2 11.5 was released after CA 11.0.12 it was not tested when CA was released.

    Checked https://www.ibmbigdatahub.com/blog/ai-database-db2-11dot5 which says Db2 11.5 worked with IBM Integrated Analytics System. Does this cover Cognos 11.0.x and 11.1.x versions.
