    ​Hello Everyone.
    When I trying to clear cache in Query Sever, I see Error:
    "
    Command execution failed for server group(s) :
    I have 2 dispatchers and need to urgently clear cache.
    PLS HELP.

    Hi

    Did you try to clear the individual dispatchers cache? Not the server group. 
    Does the logs tell you anything?

    What version of Cognos are you on? There was a known defect that was fixed in 11.0.10 - https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1PI85127

    If you are on Cognos Analytics 11.0.10, I would suggest logging a case with our CA support team. They can help you understand what may be different about the scenario you're facing and what was fixed in the defect.
