I am facing a strange issue in one of my production server. Has any one has an idea on this problem.

We are unable to increase the LUN size for a data volume group in one of our production server. This system is having its data PV's mapped from two VIOS via VSCSI. These LUN's are provided to VIO's from an IBM XIV storage.
On the production LPAR, we are seeing duplicate PVID's for two PV's. Also VG information from system seems to be inconsistent. The problematic VG (datavg) is reporting 2 PV's in lsvg -p listing. How ever these PV's are showing 0 size.
Since we are running out of disk space, storage team increased the LUN size from storage end. How ever chvg -g is failing in client LPAR due to these inconsistencies. Please find some outputs from the VIO and system in the enclosed file

FYI: Your sample output data includes info for another partition (0x5)

Can you read from the backing devices on the VIOS (lquerypv -h /dev/<PVname>)
