Choosing Time frame in Reports

    Daily Reports uses data from the previous day, 12:00 AM through 11:59.
    I need to change this, as I want the report to cover the data from 15:00 to 14:59. How can I do this?

    If I want to split the report into 2 parts:
    1. data from 08:00 - 16:59
    2. data from 17:00 - 07:59

    How do I do this?
