I am using the Effective date in rule properties, in IRL the time zone is coming as follows: property effectiveDate = java.util.Date("1/23/2017 0:00 -0500")
What I want to do is change the time zone. Is there a way to do this?
The UCD ODM plugin doesn't have a property like this. See link below
