Wow. What a mess. You should set both the output language and the user interface language to english using edit > options > language or the syntax equivalent
set olang=english locale=english unicode=on.
You should have no data open when you do this; then restart Statistics. It looks like you may have already done this, but do it again with syntax to make sure.
But I think there is something more going on here, because, for example, the row numbers in the Data Editor Data View are also scrambled, and they should be displayed correctly with any settings, because they are just numbers.
After running the SET command above, run
show olang locale unicode.
and post the output.
Also, what is your computer type and operating system locale and language?
