  • 1.  'Chage Status' different set of values in application

    Hello all,
     
    We have custom application that is cloned from workorder tracking application.
    The 'Change status' option list diffrerent set of values for these 2 applications (Wotrack, cloned app). For example, WO in APPR status, is not showing 'INPRG' in the 'change status' dialog of custom app. But available in the wotrack.
    We have not set up any data restrictions in Domain or Security group.
    How is this possible?
    Please share your thoughts on this.

    Assuming there is no use of conditions/data restrictions, make sure that your user has the "Initiate Work Order" permission in your cloned application. Each of the statuses of a WO has its own signature option and these signature options are specific to the application. Initiate Work Order is required to put the WO to INPRG and is required to go from APPR to COMP since INPRG is in-between those statuses.

    Thanks for your respose! It really works. I enabled the 'Initiate workorder' option and able to view the INPRG staus now.
