    I found the file on another LPAR but lslpp doesn't display what fileset it belongs to. This is on a 9119-595, 5.3 TL06 SP3.

    I found it, missing devices.chrp_lpar.base.rte. I was running the lslpp -w command against /etc/methods/vconnode, should have been /usr/lib/methods/vconnode on the lpar that has the file.
