When certificate we had ran out, I looked to install a new certificate, as we use SSL. 

Filled out the MMC information and got a new SSL certificate (different forms/choices). 

Took certificate only PEM encoded and inported into MMC in appropriate places. Exported as default pkcs .pfx certificate. 

In IIS imported that certificate as web hosting certificate. I did the bindings for the certificate. Exported it as a .cer file. 

Stopped Cognos. Ran the certificate tools, restarted Cognos with no problems. 

Still have blank page. Any ideas?
