    Does SPSS allow for 1:2 matching in case-control matching ( i.e. matching 1 case to two controls).

    Yes, if you use Data > Case Control Matching.

    The number of variables listed as NEWDEMANDERIDVARS determines how many matches are attempted. (Names for Match ID Variables in the dialog box).
