  • 1.  can't create a DB with the HubManager

    I can’t create a DB with the Hub Manager. I get this error :
    “could not add XTS entry for database on with port 9903”
    When I try to modify the port Number in the Port Properties, I get the same message with the same port number 9903.
    Can anyone help me ?

    Hi,

    you should check your /etc/hosts for the entry SAGXTSDShost. This entry should point to the correct IP address. In case you installed everything on one machine this should be the loopback device:

    127.0.0.1 localhost SAGXTSDShost

    On Windows platforms you find the file hosts in the following directory:

    WINNT/system32/drivers/etc/hosts
