Cannot see any content in data modules & dashboards

    Hi,
    I downloaded Cognos ANalytics on Cloud a week back and had created some data modules and dashboards using the Go data warehouse (query) and some Excel file imports.  I am unable to see content now - I am getting the below error - 

    RSV-VAL-0010 Failed to load the report specification. XQE-CON-0007 XQE error encountered: DPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute the request because there were no connections to the process available within the configured time limit. CAF-WRN-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. The complete error has been logged by CAF with SecureErrorID:2018-10-03-20:02:44.903-#2585

    Who should I contact to get this resolved?
