Tealeaf is a product delivered from our software solutions group focused upon customer experience management.  It's actually a collection of products to help businesses understand the experience of a customer (capturing network requests, web exchanges, as well as mobile applications (native, hybrid, and mobile web).  They have an offering entitled Tealeaf CX Mobile that captures data happening within the application, can detect a customer struggle through KPIs (key performance indicators) rolled up to a line of business (LOB) user, and then allow the LOB user to dive down and deeply understand what the user (customer) is doing in the mobile application through replay of the user's experience.  This is something that businesses are finding out today in that they have little visibility with what is the experience that users are having on the client side.  We have tested and working on getting deeper integration between Worklight and Tealeaf to help provide customers a seemless experience for developing the application and understand how it's being used in a customer environment.
