Can we create pop up in cp4s after case creation to update some field which is required for investigation

  • 1.  Can we create pop up in cp4s after case creation to update some field which is required for investigation

    suppose we have case created in cp4s either manual or automatic, after case creation pop should come for analyst to fill out the rest of field values in that pop form itself.So that analayst can fill that filed values in the case.
