In WOTRACK, I have basic fields in the list view that the user can view and filter on. This works well in most cases.



However, for some users, like Finance people, it would be helpful to have additional cost fields in the list view. Those fields aren't relevant to most other users. And the fields are also a bit slow (calculated SQL view fields; Maximo selects the entire resultset) so it would be best to leave the fields turned off most of the time -- to avoid unnecessary load on the system.

Is it possible to let users temporarily turn on additional fields in the list view, on an as-needed basis?

That's not possible today but it is a common request. I could only find the one RFE (https://ibm-ai-apps.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/MASM-I-379) but I'm pretty sure there was a different one. Some of the other products in the MAS suite have added the capability of per user views already. I would expect (though don't know this to be the case) that this would be done on the new UI platform and not added to the legacy UI framework.
