    I want to use Eclipse 2022-12 with one of the IBM Developer Tools:

    • IBM WebSphere Application Server V8.5x Developer Tools 22.2
    • IBM WebSphere Application Server V9.x Developer Tools 22.2
    • IBM Liberty Developer Tools 22.2

    Can I do that?

    The steps I have documented worked for me, so I hope that anyone following them will have the same success in upgrading and using Eclipse 2022-12 with the 22.2 suite of tools.
