Hi Team,

I am wondering if any other utilities in California are using Maximo as a complete end-to-end solution to manage backflow prevention testing, backflow customer communication, and work order management.  Based on the state's new requirements in the Cross Connection Control Plan, we are trying to see how other utilities are using Maximo to meet the state's requirements. We are envisioning a solution that uses Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders, Inspection Forms, Communication Templates, Escalations, Assets, and Locations.
